Teams work cooperatively to complete fun immunity challenges and team building initiatives. Build the bond with enjoyable ice breakers then move onto team initiatives. Experiential activities which encourage the team to think pro-actively, problem solve and take sequential steps in becoming a more integrated and successful team. After developing framework and rapport the team tackles scenarios and initiative activities. From Poles Apart, maneuvering logistics in Island Crossing, developing trust, negotiating a Spiders Web, dealing with a Nuclear Hazard, Building Evacuation Signal Towers or Rafts etc. Please speak with one of our facilitators to ensure a correct match of initiative to outcome is achieved. Each activity is sequentially briefed, actions undertaken and then debriefed. The knowledge and skills asset developed from previous activity is then applied within next initiative.
