FAQ's - Booking Terms & Conditions
What is Provided:
We supply almost everything.
All you require is casual outdoor clothing in layers, basic fitness, a complete change of clothes and grippy rubber soled shoes.
A comprehensive pre-departure kit is supplied when booking.
Our friendly team will ensure you are offered a program to suit you.
Quality inspected Equipment:
It is our policy to ensure you receive quality approved equipment that we are 100% confident in.
Provided is excellent fitting quality EQUIPMENT
e.g. padded and full body harnesses, waterproof bags, padded canyoning suits, comfortable canyoning and bushwalking packs, thermals, raincoats, front or dual suspension (upgrade) mountain bikes, UIAA, CE and ASA approved; helmets, carabiners, ropes, inspected air conditioned vehicles.
Who are your Guides / Instructors / Facilitators:
Dedicated staff who take pride in their profession.
Especially selected, qualified, experienced, down to earth fun people. Experienced in delivering quality adventure, events, activities and programs. Your safety and enjoyment is our priority. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and guiding you through spectacular experiences!
Food
Most meals are provided for adventure full day programs - see individual programs.
Special requests ie Gourmet or Aussie BBQ, restuarant dining, vegetarian and special dietary requirements are easily catered for. Just let us know upon booking.
Menu plans are available for events and customised bookings.
Transport
Comfortable air-conditioned 4 wheel drives, mini-buses or self-drive.
Can be aranged from any location based on minimum 2, email for a quote.
Minimal Impact Policy
Pack it in - Pack it out. Take nothing but pictures and memories, leave nothing but footprints.
Supporting sustainable eco-tourism ethics. Each activity we conduct has its own minimal impact policy ensuring the quality and integrity of the environments is not diminished.
Accreditation
Accredited through OTOA (Outdoor Tour Operators Association).
Member ORIC (Outdoor Recreation Industry Council).
Licenced National Parks and Wildlife Services (NPWS).
Minimum Numbers
From 1-3 Exclusive (ideal when no other options are available).
Groups of 3 or more? We can organise a date to suit you. Customised, Personalised, Individual & Exclusive tours available.
If numbers are not acheived for a tour? Options include free date transfer or select an exclusive package.
Insurance
Bushsports carries a current $10 million public liability policy.
It is advisable to have a personal injury policy if you have any concerns.
Gift Certificates Personalise an adventure gift certificate or voucher amount.
Prices / GST
All prices quoted on this website are in Aust $
Include the GST (Government Services Tax 10%) and are subject to change without notice
Bookings
Phone, fax or email. Full payment required by credit card, cheque or money order (clearance required). AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Money Order accepted.
A 3% credit card processing fee may apply - you will be notified upon booking.
Upon deposit or full payment you will receive a confirmation and receipt / ref No (via email).
Balance is payable prior to participation.

You will then receive a payment reference number and full confirmation details.
Conditions (Day tours/activities only)
Programs may be altered in the event of inclement weather conditions, or due to safety and access considerations.
Cancellation Policy -
* No transfers or cancellations within 10 days of activity.
* More than 10 days notice $25pp.
* Less than 10 days or no notice 100% of total program costs.
Booking amendment fee $25pp for each change.
Full payment and signing of a waiver required prior to participation.
Any damage loss or theft of equipment must be paid for before leaving the program.
Warning: The adventures outlined here are real adventures and therefore have associated risks outside the conditions of work or home.
By booking you accept to take full responsibility for your actions, following all instructions & safety practices provided.
Activities may be conducted by a subcontracted company, providing the same high standard of service & equipment.
By making a booking you are accepting Bushsports and its sub-contractors terms& conditions.
